We are delighted to have you as a customer and want you to have an amazing shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept exchange any other way.

If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.


Returned items need to arrive at our facility in their original condition. Secure packaging means in the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return / exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the postoffice for protection against loss.


Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 7-14 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. We do not accept exchange if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day exchange period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Rite Concept Int’l  reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.

Note: If you use your own courier service, you are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.


For our international customers we now accept exchanges. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
