    What if I change my mind after sending my jewelry in for repair?

    If work has not yet begun, we can return your piece, but a cancellation fee of HKD 500 will apply (Inclusive of Return Shipping Fee). Should the repair process have started, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

    How do I send my jewelry for repair?

    You may either:

      • Ship your jewelry to our office (fully insured and transported by armed security professionals).
      • Bring it to us in person for a consultation.
        Once the repair is complete, we will arrange for secure, insured delivery back to you.
    How long will my repair take?

    Repair times vary based on the complexity of the work. Standard repairs (such as ring resizing or clasp replacement) typically take 5-7 business days, while detailed restorations may require additional time.

    Can I request express repair services?

    Need an emergency repair? Contact us now. Should you require a repair urgently (e.g., for a wedding or event), we offer priority services for an additional fee.

    What happens if I don’t pick up my repaired jewelry?

    We will store your jewelry securely for up to 10 days from the date it is restored and ready for delivery. After that, storage fees will apply.

    How do I prepare my jewelry for shipping?

    We recommend wrapping it securely in a padded box, using a trusted courier, and insuring the package. We can guide you through the process to ensure safe transit.

    What happens if my jewelry gets lost, damaged, or swapped during repair?

    Your jewelry is fully insured throughout the repair process, and we take extreme precautions to ensure its safety. All jewelry is securely stored, and our process is fully insured for your peace of mind.

    What if my repaired jewelry still doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected?

    We want you to be happy with the result. If adjustments are needed, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

    Can I upgrade or modify my jewelry during the repair process?
